My previous post regarding the same titles topic raised some eyebrows (angry emails) and I believe I did the topic a disservice by not going into further detail much sooner.

I really hope that the “you suck” phrase wasn’t used in its literal sense (and words).

How information is communicated to the intended audience is a very important factor in getting the correct message across; with this in mind ill be covering “How to tell they suck” for the “Building high performing teams by telling your employees they suck” topic in my next post.
